A clinical platform built around the patient.
Rudhiraksh exists because thalassemia care in India is run on goodwill, group chats, and ledger books. We are building the operating system that lets hospitals, blood banks, and NGOs deliver world-class care without the spreadsheet tax.
The status quo is a spreadsheet.
Walk into a transfusion clinic in any Indian metro and you will find brilliant clinicians coordinating life-critical care from the corner of a notebook. Bag IDs get written on margins. Ferritin trends live inside one nurse's memory. Chelation reminders get forwarded over WhatsApp at midnight.
We started Rudhiraksh because thalassemia patients in India deserve better than this, and the people caring for them deserve infrastructure that meets the difficulty of the work.
We are not building a generic EMR. We are building the clinical operating system that thalassemia care has never had: trajectory-first, transfusion-aware, blood-bank-connected, and built around how Indian hospitals and NGOs actually operate today.
Four non-negotiables.
Every product decision is checked against these. They are written down so we can be held to them.
Care first, software second.
Every screen is reviewed by a clinician before it ships. If a workflow does not match how a transfusion clinic actually runs, we throw it out and start again.
Built for India, ready for anywhere.
ABDM and ABHA are not bolt-ons. Multi-language, low-bandwidth, and tablet-first are defaults, not afterthoughts.
Boring where it counts.
Audit logs, encryption, role boundaries, and backups are non-negotiable. We use the most boring, most proven primitives we can find for anything that touches patient data.
Owned by the org, not us.
Your patient registry is yours. Export-friendly, portable formats are a first-class feature, not a retention trick.
Clinicians, engineers, and operators.
We are a small, deliberate team based in India. Our clinical leads have spent years inside transfusion clinics. Our engineers have shipped systems used inside hospitals at scale. Our shared baseline: nothing ships unless a clinician has signed off on the workflow.
